Consultation services include one-on-one sessions with our travel planning experts, phone consultations, and email correspondence regarding your travel plans. These services provide you with expert advice and recommendations for your journey.
Booking Assistance
Booking assistance services help you secure reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers.
Cancellation Policy
Essential Plan Cancellations
For our Essential Plan services, cancellations must be requested in writing via email to customer@shimvornvap.world. If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before we have begun work on your itinerary, you are eligible for a full refund. Once we have started working on your travel plan, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you cancel after the itinerary has been delivered, no refund will be provided.
Premium Plan Cancellations
Premium Plan cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel within 72 hours of purchase and before we have initiated the planning process, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after work has begun but before delivery will result in a 60% refund. No refunds are available once the completed itinerary has been delivered to you.
Luxury Plan Cancellations
For Luxury Plan services, cancellations must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee, provided no work has commenced. If cancellation occurs after planning has begun, you will receive a 50% refund. Once the comprehensive travel plan has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to customer@shimvornvap.world with your order number, name, and reason for cancellation. We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you have not received your refund after the specified timeframe, please contact your financial institution first, then contact us if the issue persists.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include:
- Completed and delivered travel planning services
- Consultation sessions that have already taken place
- Third-party bookings made on your behalf (subject to the third party's cancellation policy)
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Custom research or special requests that have been completed
- Services purchased during promotional periods marked as "non-refundable"
Third-Party Bookings
When we assist you with booking accommodations, flights, tours, or other travel services through third-party providers, those bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective providers. We do not control these policies and cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
If you need to cancel a third-party booking, we will assist you in contacting the provider and navigating their cancellation process. However, any refunds or credits issued will be determined solely by the third-party provider according to their terms and conditions. Some providers may charge cancellation fees or offer credits instead of refunds.
Modifications and Changes
If you wish to modify your travel plans after we have begun working on your itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Minor modifications may be made at no additional charge, depending on the extent of the changes and the stage of the planning process. Significant changes that require substantial additional work may incur extra fees.
Requests for modifications should be submitted in writing as soon as possible. We will assess the feasibility of the changes and provide you with information about any additional costs before proceeding. Please note that modifications to third-party bookings are subject to the policies of those providers and may result in fees or penalties.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events that prevent travel or the delivery of our services, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. This may include rescheduling your travel plans, providing alternative destinations, or offering credits toward future services.
While we will make every effort to accommodate you during such circumstances, we cannot guarantee refunds for services already rendered or for third-party bookings affected by force majeure events. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues. All complaints should be submitted in writing to customer@shimvornvap.world with detailed information about the nature of your concern.
We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 7 business days. If we determine that our services did not meet the agreed-upon standards, we may offer a partial refund, credit toward future services, or other appropriate remedies at our discretion.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that travelers consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we provide planning services, we are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect your travel plans.
Travel insurance policies vary in coverage and cost. We encourage you to research different options and select a policy that meets your specific needs. Some policies offer "cancel for any reason" coverage, which provides flexibility if your plans change.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering travel planning services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the itinerary we provide, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional charge. Our goal is to provide you with a travel plan that meets your needs.
Please note that our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality and accuracy of our planning services, not to changes in your personal preferences or circumstances after the itinerary has been delivered and approved by you.
Timeframe for Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear in your account. This can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement. If you paid by debit card, the refund will be deposited back into your bank account. For other payment methods, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund process.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of services rendered and the stage of the planning process. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any partial refund calculation upon request.
